Heinrich Goehrum was the homeopathic physician of Robert Bosch, and he was a student of Jaeger, and a colleague of Fritz Donner, Otto Leeser, Pantzer, Schlichter, Zoppritz, and he was also a friend of Rudolf Steiner,

Heinrich Goehrum practiced in Stuttgart.

In 1887, Goehrum was appointed the doctor of the Hahnemannia Lay Society of Wurttenberg, which involved consulting in Stuttgart, Pforzheim, Goppingen, Gmund and Cannstatt and Munster, for little pay, so he resigned after ten months and set up a private practice in Stuttgart.

Goehrum submitted cases and articles to various homeopathic publications, and he edited many other papers and publications.
