Julius Niklewicz 1802 - 1841 MD Vienna, was a German orthodox physician who converted to homeopathy,
Niklewicz came originally from Lviv (Lemberg), and he arrived in Kaunas in 1831 and began to practice homeopathy. In 1835, he was the homeopathic practitioner of Johann von Gruzewski in Kelme, and his reputation as a successful homeopath spread far beyond the borders of this little town.
Niklewicz is listed in Bernhard Hirschel’s Zeitschrift für homöopathische Klinik, Volumes 26-28 in 1887.
Niklewicz died of TB in 1841.
