James Searson ?1866 - ?1935 MD Brussells, LRCP Ireland, LRCSI London, was a British orthodox physician who converted to homeopathy, Member of the British Homeopathic Medical Association, Physician at the London Homeopathic Hospital,

In 1903, Searson visited America as a representative and travelling scholar for the British Homeopathic Medical Association to review American homeopathic institutions, and to attend the American Congress,

Searson practiced in London, and at the Nursing Home at 36 Devonshire Street, 27 Harley Street, 86 Wimpole Street (previous practice of James Compton Burnett),

Searson wrote Rectal disorders and the cure of haemorrhoids, and he submitted cases and articles to various homeopathic publications, including The Effect of Light and Other Baths on Metabolism, How to Avoid Gout, and to various allopathic Journals,
